Couldn't he have let up on the subject when I tried to end it? And I stand by my statement that Blue Rubble Stockings looks too much like Black Rock Shooter's stuff to be legally colored black without a licensing deal.

I think what you were saying was completely going over that guy's head. And if he seriously thinks that something has to look -exactly- piece-by-piece like the copyrighted material in order to be sued, then -he's- the one who has a meager understanding of copyright laws.

For instance, Asus came out with a tablet computer that they called Transformer Prime. It was called Transformer because it could change from being a laptop with a keyboard to a stand alone tablet computer just by snapping the screen off of the keyboard portion. Prime is the improved model {the original was just called Transformer}.

Even though nothing about this computer resembled Autobots, Hasbro sued Asus for using the name Transformer Prime, claiming they were trying to capitalize off the name Optimus Prime to sell computers.... even though the name wasn't Optimus Prime and transformer doesn't automatically mean Transformers. It was a coincidence, but Asus was still sued over it.

I made a thread regarding the app crash and the lack of communication regarding it. I stated up front in my initial post that I did not expect it fixed immediately and that the thread was about communication not demanding a fix. However, the responses I got were "it takes time to fix things" and" do you realize the amount of code they will have to go through..blah blah blah.

I just wanted to scream ""DID YOU EVEN READ MY TOPIC POST!!!"
