Ginko Aburame was born to the reclusive clan of bug-wielders, the Aburame, an unwanted child out of wedlock. As a result, he was banished from the main clan forever,

and turned out into the streets as soon as he was 12. However, the Aburame are not heartless, and so provided Ginko with a scroll containing their sacred techniques

and training tips, and a newborn hive to be his partners in return. From there, he trained hard at the Ninja Academy, and graduated with average marks. His unique hive

reduces his chakra's visibility and distorts its pattern, at the cost of never being able to learn another element. His high chakra control, necessary to control his

mischevious friends, was perfect for training in the Medical Arts.

Born into one of the most respected lines in Sunagakure, he has been pushed since birth to become one of the strongest and most influential shinobi. Despite that, he struggles to be cheerful and friendly, but has lost friends before simply because he is too often daydreaming. With a fierce temper, he has been involved in many fights, though almost always over a friends honor or his own. He is excited that he has passed the Academy and can not wait to begin his real adventures as a Shinobi of Sunagakure.

After a few basic missions, Al assisted the stronger shinobi of the village in pushing back the Mecha Assault on the Port City, until they were called back to assist in repairing the village from the deadly flood. As the year passed, he learned a few new tricks, until he joined the return party in their assault on the base of the Mechanical Foes.

Having survived that harrowing experience, Al went on to participate in the second international Chunnin Exams. After a good fight, he was promoted to Chunnin and returned home for instructions.

Almost as soon as he got home, his leader sent him out to seek a summoning contract with an unknown summon. Discovering an island of mighty Hares, he successfully convinced the Mother Hare to allow him to summon them, citing a mysterious vision. Satisfied, he returned home.
