Okay, so I have decided that I will be writing this journal, because I am not the skinniest person around, and I thought this would be a good place to write down my daily exercise and meals.

I wont be measuring the daily calorie intake, but I know it is somewhere within 1200 - 1400 calories per day!

Please, fell free to post if you want to have or give tips =)

Day 1:

Exercise: 4.5 km bike ride, medium pase, then I did 50 sit-ups and 2 sets of 5 squats with an extra 7.5 kilos of weight on my shoulders.

Food:

Breakfast: 3 slices of bacon, scrambled eggs, hash brown, raspberry yoghurt, tea with milk
Snack: 2 chocolate brownies
Lunch: 3 cheese sandwiches on rye bread (they were only a slice per sandwich)
Snack: 2 more chocolate brownies
Dinner: homemade lasanga + salad
Snack: tea with milk

Oh good grief.. I think that is much more than 1200 calories D:

Day 2

Exercise:

Walking from the bus stop home, about 300 metres

Food:

Breakfast: small bowl of yoghurt, slice of bread with ham, milky tea
Lunch: Noodles, slice of bread with ham
Snack: 4 brownies, 2 chocolate chip cookies
Dinner: Pasta, creamy bacon sauce

Yeah, it wasn't a good day for me...

Day 3

Exercise:

2 km walk, medium pace

Food:

Breakfast: small bowl of yoghurt, slice of bread with ham
Lunch: Chicken and salad wrap
Snack: 1 brownie, 2 english muffins with a dollop of cream and teaspoon of jam, watermelon and grapes
Dinner: Red meat, potato and carrot

Today was better, yesterday was a rather crap day D:

Day 4

Exercise: Walking from the bus hom, about 300 metres

Food:

Breakfast: Smoked salmon on a slice of black rye bread, milky tea, porridge
Lunch: same as breakfast, without the tea and porridge
Snack: 1 apple, 3 chocolate balls, pickelts with maple syrup, water melon
Dinner: Fish with mashed cauliflower (sounds weird I know)

Ugh, had better days, school nearly over, sooo I feel droupy and just plain crap
