I'm wanting to stay healthy & fit, but I just can't find a long term motivation symbol to work out :l. Any tips for motivation, easy workouts(preferably with these kind of weights smile , and tips on how to control how much you eat? Thanks in advance heart .

Food, ah. Food. I'm one of those people that refuse to give up what I eat every day for a diet.
All I can say on that part is eat smaller portions maybe?
I have a couple things that are my motivation for dropping my weight.
One, Disney World, my husband and I are going when I drop the weight. Two, a gun. Yepp, biggrin Three, a baby. I know it seems like, why would you lose weight just to turn around and gain baby weight. Well, as it stands, my health isn't the greatest. Partly due to the 60 pounds I've gained since my husband and I got married.

As for food, I try to stick with the rule: only eat when you are hungry. I tend to eat sometimes when Im bored sometimes, and that general rule gets rid of unhealthy unneeded snacks and everything. Also eat slowly. It takes a while for the stomach to send signals to the brain that the stomachs full, and by then we usually end up eating a lot more than we need.
As for motivation, well. Thats harder. No workout is easy. Just remind yourself why you want to do this, even make a list and hang it up someplace if you need to. Otherwise working out with a friend is also a good option, youd keep each other going.

Same here the motivation is at a zero but the dieting is going well unfortunately...it only gets you so far. GOOD LUCK!

What works for me is drinking a glass of water when you feel the urge to eat something, then wait a little while to see if you still feel hungry.
As for motivation, gah that's hard. Just keep reminding yourself why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. If you really have to, tape notecards to your fridge, above the toilet, next to your bed, etc. If it helps, keep your exercise equipment (If it's small, like weights) in a place you'll see it easily if that would help to keep you going as well. Keep them near the television if you can.
I don't really know a lot about this stuff, I'm only 16 and I only started trying to lose weight recently and it's not going so well. Best of luck to you though!
