I question about avatar art. Help~!

I have a real quick question, but here's a little background info first.

I bought a piece of avatar art of my current avatar and another female avatar.
The pose and everything is fine BUT the only thing i'm concerned about is the fact that she wears nothing on her top half and the scarf doesn't cover her breasts (like it does in my avi) but there are 2 hearts covering instead.

My question is:
With this little info (lol) does this art sound like it would break the 2nd rule under the Images section in the Gaia Rules & Guidelines?

I'm not using the image as of yet.

While I really prefer not going through the ToS, I would like to say that having two little hearts covering her breasts isn't breaking any rules.

I have two examples: The Fallen Wish item has two little silver stars that just cover the breasts. They are aptly named "porn stars" lol

The next item I don't quite remember what it's called, but there's an actual item that are heart stickers for the breasts.

Back in 2009 I drew both items and both clients had their boobs hanging out - the client didn't get reported, and this account is still intact :3!

Err, so long story short - I say it is not against ToS!

I just got really worried 'cause i've had this account for years and i was scared that i'd get banned over it. sweatdrop

Aww, that aviart is so adorable! The shading is so nice, the curls are too perfect!
The art isn't anything overly provocative, it's just so sexy cute! :3
They can't ban you displaying an image that is pretty much like an item the Gaia team has created hehe!

I was so worried it was classed as "rude" or "sexy" and then i started thinkin' about the ToS and thought "Aww, man, what should i do?" xD

But your post has put my worries at rest now, what with the items like the Fallen Wish and stuff and i've seen avi art of that, too~!
