 Torence runs about exploring the area around his mother's home, trying to see if there's any other faes about today. The past few days had been a bit of a disappointment; he hadn't found anyone, good or ebil. He hoped today would be different.

Sasha roamed around the paths of a nice little area nearby her home. The skies were clear today and she really had hoped for some company to share such a beautiful day with. She kicked the ground lightly out of boredom. Soon as she was walking she noticed a fae scurrying around, Sasha approached him and asked "what are you doing all by yourself on such a wonderful day?" She smiled at him "Don't Tell me a cute fae like you doesn't have many friends?"

Startled, Torence jumped and turned around so fast he tripped over his own two feet. Landing with a thud on his face, Torence laughed and hopped right back up, only a slight blush covering his cheeks. "I was looking around, hoping to run across some other fae. Hehe...I didn't quite expect to be surprised. I'm ok though!" he told her in a rush. Taking a breath, he smiled and held out his hand for her to shake. "My mother lives nearby, but I don't really know anyone. I'm Torence. Do you live nearby?" he asked, ears perking up in curiosity.

Sasha giggles "Your just a little ball of energy aren't ya!? hehe" She helps him up and brushes off any dirt on Torence's fur. She smiled at the fae and answered his question "Yup! I live off of the path over there, just a little ways past the bend" She pointed down the slightly forested path that she just came from, than she turned her head back to him "I'm Sasha by the way... Hey! Why don't we have some fun?" She held her chin and looked to the skies thinking of what they could do but came up with nothing. "Darn! I can't think of much to do," Sasha faced Torence and shrugged "Can you think of something fun to do?"

Torence smiled sheepishly and ran a hand through his hair. "My mom says that a lot too," he admits. Leaning closer, he peered down the way she pointed. "Wow! You live really close by. It's strange that I haven't met you before." Torence trailed off thoughtfully before snapping his attention back to Sasha. "I love to have fun!" he exclaimed. Brow furrowing, he thought about what they could do as well. "Maybe you can show me around your house and tell me about yourself? I'm sure something will pop up for us to do!' he gushed gleefully.

Sasha nodded her head and smiled "Sounds like a plan to me!" She took Torence's hand and went off towards her home, pulling him along for the ride.
They went down the path and around the bend. Sasha Slowed down once they came to a tall sturdy tree. She put her hands on her hips and looked the tree up and down and said " well here we are!" She bent down and rustled around in the tall grass around the trunk of the tree, she seemed to have fallen but quickly poked her head up out of a hole hidden by the grass. "you coming or what?"

Grasping Sasha's hand tightly, Torence looked around as she sped towards her home. As she stopping in front of a tree, Torence blinked in surprise. "This?" he asked, looking up at the tree and imagining some tree house way up in the air. When he looked for Sasha, he was shocked to see her fall. Rushing forward to help, he grinned as he realized that was her 'door.' "Neat!" he exclaimed. Following her inside, he looked around in astonishment. "I like your house!" he gushed.

Sasha's home lied under the tree, in a hallow cave under the root structure. Sasha scurried around to get some more lights on so that her home was illuminated.
The inside of her rabbit hole was simple and set up similar to a cottage, there was a fire pace with a chimney that lead up to the surface to the right, this was the first thing she lit. Straight ahead was her bed with a simple quilt on it. to the left were cabinets, and in the corner near the fire place were a couple of simple chairs and a table. She smiled proudly at her home "It's not much but it has a certain charm to it, would you like to have a seat, I can make us some tea?" She gestured to the table and chairs.

Looking about with wide eyes, Torence rubbed at his eyes as Sasha lit more lights. The house was small, but clean and smelled nice. Smiling, Torence nodded and drifted over to the chair in the corner. "How'd you manage to get all of this all by yourself? Or does someone else live here with you?" Torence asked curiously. Running a hand against the tabletop, he felt how smooth the wood was. "I like tea, sometimes," he admitted. "Other times it's way too bitter."

Sasha Grabbed a teapot and mugs out of the cabinets, than she filled the kettle with water from a pitcher and hung it over the fire to boil. She sat down across from Torence, placed the cups in front of them and explained "Well most of my life I've been a do-it-yourself kind of girl. When I found this place it was just a hole, I cleaned it up all by myself and turned it into my home." She got up, walked over to the bed and flopped on it "This bed is made out of logs that I cut to size and nailed together, same with the chairs. The mattress is just stuffed with feathers and cotton. I found the cabinets and the table." She laughed "It was a pain getting em' down here, I had to dismantle them, than re-assemble them" The kettle screamed and Sasha jumped up and grabbed it away from the fire, carefully holding it with potholder, and set it on the table. Than she ran to the cabinets again and got out some teabags and honey. She returned to the table, plopped one bag in each cup, and filled them with the steaming water. "You said you like your tea sweet right?" she asked and started to pour a handsome helping of honey in Torence's cup than sat down. "There! Sweetened to perfection. I'd let it cool a bit first or else you'll burn yourself." She put a bit of honey in her tea too and blew on it to help cool it down faster. "now that we have our tea.... Tell me a little more about yourself Torence?" she plead, eager to find out more about her cute new friend.

Torence grinned and picked up the cup she set in front of him. "You sound the exact opposite of my mother. She hates having to do anything." Following Sasha over to the bed, he ran one of his fingers over it. "Comfy?" he grinned. Ears perking up with interest, he listened as she described what she'd done to get everything in there. He was impressed she'd managed it all on her own. When the kettle screamed, he jumped and turned around to stare at it wide-eyed.
As Sasha scrambled to get the pot and the teabags, Torence went back to the table. Humming a bright melody under his breath, he watched as she prepared his cup. Excited by the fact that there was tons of honey in his tea, he tuned out her warning and immediately picked the cup up to drink. Taking a large sip, he gasped and quickly set the cup down. Panting and trying to cool down his tongue, he waved air frantically towards it. "Hot! Hot! Hot!" he panted.

Sasha's eyes widened as Torence took a big gulp, she attempted warning him again "Careful Torence, It's Hot!!" but was too late. She grabbed the cup from him and set it on the counter under the cabinets, far away from Torence to let it cool. She came back to the table and knelt in front of him. "You silly fae, I told you it was hot" He shook her head with a small smile on her face "let me see your tongue, I want to make sure you didn't burn yourself too badly..."

Blushing with embarrassment, Torence gingerly opened his mouth and stuck his tongue out. It was obvious from the bright red color that he'd burnt it, but the burn wasn't bad enough to hurt him too much, just inhibit his sense of taste. "I di'n think it'd be sho hot," he told her. Lightly rubbing the back of his head, he looked sheepishly up at her.

Sasha stood and laughed a bit. "You need to be more careful Torence, next time it could be worse." she skipped over to the cabinets to get him a glass of regular water to hopefully help soothe his tongue. She went back to sit across from Torence and handed him the water. "Here ya go! Regular water is best from what I've herd, cold water can shock the burns..." she said informatively.
((I have been hoping for a reply for this :3 I'm glad I got on tonight now))

Carefully sipping the water, Torence felt the worst of the burn lessen. "Thank you," he told her. He sipped at the water, eying the tea sadly. "I'm sorry I didn't listen. Normally mom would be complaining and telling me I should pay more attention. I can't help it. It just looked so tasty and you're so nice," he explained sadly, his ears and tail drooping.
