[b]Any info you want to share about this character (Personality, temperament, backstory, etc.):[/b] Tsukihime is missing two of her tails, so she only has seven, this is due to a very traumatic event when she was younger, and while she's a bit more timid than her twin, she's still a force to be reconed with.

As the moon curled and bled with the single sign the Goddess smirked in delight. Taking her leave to the mortal world she sought out the first one. The child that held the pact as she dull-fully responded to her creator's whims yet let her own power emanate with another of her kind. It was a stupid attempt on Epona's part to harness her children for those that prevail learn to break free...

She cared not for the parents nor the sibling this child would learn to call "family". This certain child was one of her select females born of a pact into the mortal realm. Hissing toward the parents she snatched up the baby girl kelpie in her arms and looked deeply into her newborn eyes, "I Källahäst Vrede bless you, " she spoke running her thumb along the child's forehead, "You Rusalka are given my gift to use wisely. There will be others like you but you are the first child. You are my blood, my aggression.... my power".

Nodding she placed the baby kelpie back beside her sibling then glared at the parents, "Protect her but remember neither of you will ever fathom what she is...." Taking her leave she returned to the depths swimming away leaving only a necklace much like her own in the infant's tiny hoof.

Yes there would be others.... Only time would hinder her in accomplishing this miracle.

Rusalka

Rusalka stared up at the strange being that picked her up, felt a deeper connection to this being than to her own parents, she smiled, a cruel but sweet smile on the maw of the child.

She sat there, not knowing what the words were that were spoken to her, but feeling the meaning behind them. She looked to her family, and smirked coyly, then reached up to be lifted by her mother, she held out the necklace to her mother, a silent order to put it on her.

She would wear this blessing and consider her mate accordingly.
