I'm getting a new Workout dvd. I currently weigh 78 lb at 14 years.. so I guess I need to eat more so Im not losing the little weight I do own. My metabolism prevents it though. I just want to have some muscle, and tone to my body. So, has anyone ever used any of these dvd's? Jillian Michaels For Beginners Backside/Frontside? or any from her really? Because I just ordered the dvd with both Back, and Frontside on it. Good deal too at $9.96, so yeah.. They should be arriving on the 16-19th

Training with weights is best for toning instead of loosing 3nodding I haven't heard of the videos you bought 'cause I'm in england, i had a nike one on my iPhone which was really good but i find it hard to stay motivated with these things, i get distracted to easily, But yeah using some light weights will build muscle as opposed to things like jogging etc which burn a lot of fat. Hope the exercise goes well and you get a nice toned body!
