Okay so I used to be very regular (TMI?) but the last two weeks I've only been going like every 2 days, and I can't eat ANYTHING without becoming bloated. I have a healthy diet and I'm moderately active. My tummy hurts terribly and it looks very round and bloated. I'm going to the beach Wednesday, and I do not want to look bloated. What should I do? ):
PS. It's not period cramps that are bloating me.

I'm afraid the only thing I can think of is possibly speaking to your doctor about it, and perhaps he/she can diagnose what might be going on with you. I know that some clinics allow you to call and ask questions without having to set an appointment, but others require the patient to come in - and obviously it'd be easier for them to diagnose you or find out what's wrong if you came into the office. I know that wouldn't do you a whole lot of good, if you're going to the beach tomorrow. Do you eat meals, or are you a grazer? I got pretty bloated one afternoon and it lasted for a handful of hours, but eventually went away. I figured it must have been something I ate that caused it, but if yours has lasted for more than a whole day, I'm not sure what advice to give except maybe to see a doctor. =( Better safe than sorry, right?
