HistoryKoko Loko grew up in a polyamorous herd. That is to say, the members of the herd had strong emotional and sexual connections with many others, both members and non-members. They were of varying sexuality, but one mindset. Love should not be restricted. And so he grew up learning that and so he had the shock of his life when he found out about this strange practice of seeing only one person. At a time.
After that strange meeting with the judgmental couple, Koko was determined to spread awareness about his families lifestyle. He would start his own herd, smaller than Ekon's, but with the same ideas. Love is meant to spread as it wills, be it between only two soquili or between three or four.
DetailsKoko Loko has a lifemate, Delrialto. And while he is not a part of Koko's herd, Delri does understand his love mate's tendencies. And so he accepts his practices, knowing that he holds a special place in Koko's heart. In turn, Koko would gladly forsake his herd if Delri asked him to do so. It would be an unhappy departure for sure, but he would do anything for Delri.
Any of the members are welcome, and indeed encouraged to have the same relationships with either other members or soquili outside of the herd. That is not saying that the other lovers taken by the soquili of the herd are any less special. It simply means that they have one that they care a little differently about.
They may also choose not to have a sexual relationship with the rest of the herd. This is also fine. If all they want is an emotional relationship, then so be it. The other members will not pressure that soquili into something they don't wish for. That being said, "sexual relationship" does not necessarily mean attempts to breed. It simply means that the two soquili have a physical relationship. Thought you are welcome to try for breedings. I only ask that you don't use this herd as a fling generator.
