Bad sleeping problems..

Lately I've barely had any sleep..and the most I've gotten in 3 or 4 days is 9 or 6 hours. I've been praying about it and I know God will help me with my sleep.. and I'm just waiting for him to answer the prayer instead of expecting it to be answered right away. I close my eyes and I just keep thinking about worrying about sleeping, and it keeps me up, if that makes sense.

On a random note: Ironic that my username has "Sleepless" in it and I go by "Sleepless" lol..

I'm sorry Beautiful.
I've had insomnia for my whole life and it's tough, sleep is so important not only physically but emotionally and mentally as well.
I will be praying for you also.

Im sorry friend. What i do, which may help you is after you pray to God, just know he will never forget your prayer, each night think of this truth. Lately my insomnia hasnt been to hard to deal but before there'd be times i'd go whole days with out sleep
