Well in this one it is so that about one thousand years have passed since Neo Queen Serenity. Leaving her great great granddaughter on the throne. Well the Negomoon and Negaverse people combined and are after the Solar System again and they know a secret that could give them the war. The current queen... Is not Sailor Moon and Cannot control the Imperium silver Crystal.
