I think hiring someone to do that is a little unnecessary; especially when there's already a ton of staffers who could do it.

But as it is, it's been made clear that staff meetings just.. aren't common enough for this to be effective. So perhaps I'll re-open this for discussion when things are a little more settled and organised. c:

I think that even with irregular staff meetings this could work. It doesn't have to be anything major, even just a quick update in the thread saying we discussed x, x and x, and the following events are in the works. Surely this could just be done when/if there is a meeting? x3

I wouldn't mind trying to get this done after the staff meetings that we do have, so we can at least discuss the logistics of it at the next one XD
