Petite is the oldest of her siblings. As a filly, she quickly became aware that she possessed a magical talent unlike that of her peers. Petite was a brazen, overconfident filly who approached any situation with a child-like curiosity. She could see her own power, and was deeply conceited. She carried herself with an air of grace, and when she spoke her voice was an elegant soprano. Though her own vanity was her downfall, for as deeply concerned with her appearance as she was, every flaw and failure stood out to her like an infinite ravine. Her interest with improving her own magic, (and in her mind: her very being) bordered on an all-consuming obsession at times.
She thought of herself as a talented healer for being able to mend the small cuts and scrapes her young peers acquired through their typical foalish rough-housing. Her powers seemed to improve each day, and she felt that she was destined to become a great healer. Then, tragedy struck.
She was wandering, exploring the woods with a young sibling when a Skinwalker in the form of a large, dark pelted wolf attacked. Petite was too frightened to fight the animal off as it mauled her sister. She hid, and the creature slunk off only when the filly was bloodied and gasping for breath. With tears streaming down her face, Petite knelt before her dying sister and fought to muster the magic she'd so prized to heal her injuries, but it was of no use... her sister was dead.
