Yesterday my dad came home with a truck load of wood which we use to burn during the winter and this time he got more than he normally does and wanted me to help him. The method was he was going to throw the wood at me and I stack. Well all was fine but then my legs started to hurt to the point where they were sometimes be a little shaky after I was standing up after bending down to pick up wood. Also my back was hurting as well.
I thought it was nothing but this morning my legs hurt in the back and so does my back. It hurts when I am sitting and when I stand and when I walk. But also lately I have been drinking a lot of soda and one time my right shoulder was hurting and my dad said it was because of all the soda I was drinking so could this be it? I guess it would explain my back hurting but what about my legs?
I'm not normally sore for days on end. My feet hurt after work but stop hurting after a good night's sleep. I don't know if another night's sleep is going to help the soreness but I will be going to bed soon. But has anyone ever had this problem?
