I think double posts is just a main forum thing. It's only enforced in guilds if the guild rules say so.

so.. how to delete friend off friend list?

The way I do it is I go on my friends list here:

http://www.gaiaonline.com/friends/

Then I look up the name of the person I want to remove. Instead of just removing them though, I choose "Add to Ignore." This will automatically break up the connection between their account and mine. If you only remove them from your list, they will still have you on their friends list, even though they're not on yours.
When you look up your friend's name on your friends list, it'll say Mutual Friendship under the Relationship status. That means you both have each other on your friends list.
You can then later remove them from the ignore list. It wont put them back on your friends list, or you on theirs.
