That was the flyer that had been put up on the school bulletin board by Professor Malcolm; it looked a little suspicious, especially since the word 'safe' kept coming up, but you decided to go to class anyway... At least Classroom 23 looked like the typical High School science laboratory, and not something weird. A sheet of paper was pinned onto the board at the front of the classroom; you might want to jot your name down before taking a seat.

A class credit is a class credit, right? What's the worse that can happen?

Inkjars? Gene loved inkjars! She'd become somewhat of a breeder, and having inkjars around to change the duplicate babies was better than just ignoring them, or letting Frost or Yin make a meal out of them. So why not learn how to make them? Save the minipets!

Plus, knowing how to make stuff like this was cool.

Mmur didn't really have time for classes, especially since he still didn't have a proper place to live, but... inkjars. They were really pretty. It wouldn't hurt to take a couple of hours to figure out how the things actually painted his pets from the inside out, right? Maybe he could even ask a few questions, like "Does creepily painting pet innards hurt them?" or "Why comets?"

The horseman strolled into the classroom with a toothy grin on his face and scrawled his name on the sign in sheet before taking a seat.

With a successful exam behind her (of which no one was speaking of ever again) and the newly appointed title of Hob applied to her name, Belladonna was feeling pretty good, all things considered. And while she'd really disliked the exam itself, Professor Malcolm, on the other hand, she quite liked. He was so nice! And gave lots of thumbs up!
Also inkjars. Colorful, pretty, inkjars.
These were two things that yes, Belladonna would learn more of please!

Okay, so Rikki was kind of sort of interested in this class. Making inkjars sounded cool, honestly. But that didn't mean he wanted to sit in a class and learn how to do it. He frowned at his ghoulfriend even as they walked into the room holding hands. "Dannyyyy. Can't we stay in my room and play hexbox or something?"

Danny was not hear to learn the inner mechanics of making inkjars and marketing them.

She honestly just wanted to finger paint.

"Nope! I heard some president guy is gonna give us inkjars" she said scribbling Rikki's name on the sign up sheet, and then adding her own below it. Her information was of course, as always, incredibly skewed, but it didn't dampen her excitement one bit. She then proceeded to wave at Gene, and skittered off to sit next to the ghost ghoul. Whether or not Rikki followed was his own choice.

Alexander was back, and feeling good enough to get back into the swing of things, which obviously meant throwing himself into classes, as many classes as possible, anything to distract himself from things he'd rather forget.

Making inkjars sounded interesting enough, so when he heard about the opportunity, he made sure to get himself over to the classroom, on time for once. He had a glance around at the other students who were already there, recognizing a few, and also seeing a couple of horsemen as well. He didn't think much of it, having spent a lot of time with horsemen in the past, and shrugged it off mentally before making his way towards the sign up sheet and jotting his name down.

He then turned back towards the room at large, pale gaze landing on a rather petite, red haired witch, and he instantly felt a rising sense of guilt. He hadn't seen her since he'd gotten back, wanting to let her and Mort have some time together, and he was hoping she wasn't angry at him for what had happened. Still, he felt a strong compulsion towards needing to apologize to her, and he slowly shuffled his way over to her, lifting a hand to run fingers through his hair awkwardly.

"Hey, Belladonna." He let his hand fall back down to his side, raising his other one to give her a little wave. He was obviously nervous and tense, awaiting the bad reception he was sure he was about to receive.

Eisheth simply could not miss this event. The horseman hoped it would be sort of public lecture, a workshop rather than a class: she had no time and intention to sit among the students for a long time, though she indeed held an interest in the subject. The inkjars always attracted her: there was nothing similar in Famine alchemy tradition, yet the technique seemed to be quite similar... and yet she couldn't manage to fully understand it on herself. And of course, if that could somehow be connected to the alchemy, she could not leave that alone: she had to get at least some basic understanding of the processes involved in inkjar production. Especially, since the inkjars appeared to be quite popular in Halloween town, and could make a nice business...
