I hear some people enjoy shrimp fettuccine alfredo. Maybe that one is worth looking into?

What ingredients do you have on hand right now?

A super quick shrimp recipe is just buy some raw, peeled and devained shrimp, put them in a pan; add butter, garlic and a bit of oregano or montreal steak spice... cook until the shrimp is pink and it isn't see through anymore. Roughly 10 minutes.
You can also make a simple tuna or salmon patties that you serve with seafood sauce..
Use a can of salmon or tuna, add an egg or two depending on the size of can you use, add bread crumbsm and salt and pepper for taste, cook them in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil, they take about 4 minutes on each side.

I allways make seafood linguine! Usually just with prawns or occasionally something else if somebody else is paying emotion_dowant

Its just quick and easy it's pretty much what i lived on when i was in my crappy student flat. just cook some linguine then in a pan have some garlic softened in oliveoil then cook whatever seafood you have, chuck in some herbs and Some white wine (lots of white wine if your me)

This is the recipe i started of using But you can really chuck in what ever herbs you have, if you don't have tomatoes it docent make to much difference. I even made it with a little wilted spinch once.

(Rick stein mostly does seafood and a lot of pasta so it might be worth checking out some of his other stuff, its allways super simple. heart )
