General information: A general overview on basic illnesses a student might run into, as well as symptoms and quick fixes to things like breaks and deep cuts while on the go!

Each student is given a dummy to work on, though they may choose to partner up in fixing it.

Mechanics:
Roll 1 20-sided dice, what you roll is what your student gets to work with...

Dice Rolls and What they Mean!

1-4 - Broken Bone
4-8 - Fever
9-12 - Heat Stroke
13-16 - Hypothermia
17-20 - Lack of Bodily Function (such as breathing, pulse, etc) - this is unnaturally so.

After this, please roll 4, 4-sided Dice. Take into account their total and any repeating numbers

Total Results and their Meaning

1-6 - You do a rather poor job patching up your dummy, you might not want to try and heal anybody anytime soon!
7-12 - You do an average job, nothing extraordinary, but passable!
12-16 - Extra good work! Your student can now heal surface wounds!, but not repair HP! This means things like cuts and bleeding that might hinder another character can be patched up!

What Repeating Numbers Mean

No Repeating Numbers - You used just the right amount of supplies, good for you! Not wasteful at all.
Repeating 1s or 2s - You didn't use enough supplies, that's rather lazy and Cricket obviously disapproves of it.
Repeating 3s or 4s - You used too many supplies and that's wasteful! Naughty! Cricket might make you earn your supply rights back in a future class!

If you work as a group, split up the dice between yourselves as evenly as possible. So if you're paired up, each person rolls a 10 sided dice and you add up the results to get your dummy!

Then you split up your 4 sided dice to work on fixing it up!


Bonus Mechanics:
For every 3 times you attempt this course, your student may add +1 to their 4d4 dice roll's total to improve how well they patched up the dummy.

YOU LOSE/FINISH THIS CLASS WHEN...

- You are finished rolling both sets of dice and rping out the results. That means you have to make ANOTHER rp to try again!

AJ, being a trouble maker, got himself into fighting very often. With the ability of healing faster than others, He didn't really care about his wounds. However, the serpent dragon was weak in basic illnesses like fever or so. One time, he collided with a street gang and had to fight with a fever. Although he finally won, he was badly injured. His parents were out to attend his sister's stage performance so no one could help him. He just took some pills and crawled to the sofa and huddled up under a sheer blanket. Just him and his brother. So he said to himself that he needed to learn first-aid when he can, to save himself and his brother. Now, the perfect times came. There was a first-aid open class. AJ didn't hesitate and walked in.

An detailed overview of the basic illnesses, their symptoms and quick fixes to breaks or deep cuts was given, good, that was what he wanted to learn. Then, AJ was given a dummy. He checked the dummy carefully to see which problem it got. He saw the nearly-falling arm, with several broken stitches. Obviously, he is suffered from.....

"Broken Bone." Both he and his brother said simultaneously.

So he needed to stitch back the arm into the body? He picked up the needle and started stitching slowly, very slowly. When he finished, Professor Cricket came and shook her head, leaving a sentence"You should stitch with higher density and bundle the broken part with bandages, then fix the position so that it won't get more serious."

Okay.

Round 2

He asked for another dummy, this time, the dummy was.....wheezing and got a pallor. Probably suffocation? Don't ask why it can perform lively.

Lack of air? That was an easy task, AJ gave the dummy a neat Mouth-To-Mouth Ventilation. Air was blown into the dummy and he observed that its chest expanded.He repeated this for 15-20 times until the dummy's face became less pale and the wheezing was also gone.

Round 3

Failed again? No problem, he will try again. He put the dummy on the desk and examined it carefully. He found its breathing was rapid but shallow, its skin was redder and hotter than normal. He felt the skin, it was dry. AJ asked the dummy "How do you feel, Sir?" Don't be surprised that the dummy can talk, but it really did. "I feel dizzy, kinda want to vomit and my leg is.....cramping!"

Ok, he confirmed that this dummy was having a heat stroke. AJ recalled what they should do in case of heat stroke. First, the boil moved the victim to a cold, shady area. Then, he unbuttoned the shirt and pants of the dummy. Finally, the most important step - cooling.

He looked at the supplies and grabbed a fan and several bottles of water. The boil poured the water all onto the dummy. Next he put a lot of ice into ice packs and put it allover the dummy's body, leaving only the nose revealed.

He put the thermometer into the dummy's mouth. Nice, the temperature dropped to normal. Who cared about he uses more than enough~

Round 4

AJ though he still needed more pratice, he grabbed another dummy back to his place. Um? The symptoms were very similar to the second dummy. "Are you okay?" He asked. "I......can't......b-breathe.*coughs*...I....swallow.*coughs*.a...fish... bone.*coughs*" AJ noticed that the dummy's face was unordinarily pale and it was wheezing all the time. It put its head onto the chest position and breathe in deeply and quickly. Also, it kept coughing.

It's probably chocking and suffocating, AJ inferred. He open the dummy's mouth but couldn't see the fish bone. So he let the dummy to sit on a chair and gave some slaps on its shoulder while asking the dummy to cough as hard as it can. Since the slapping wasn't working, AJ used the Heimlich method instead. After some trials, the dummy vomitted something out. The boil put it up and found it was a plastic-made cartoon style of fish bone.......

This time, he grabbed more than he needed also. He grabbed a torch to see the dummy's mouth. He used some bandages to tie the dummy onto the chair which was somehow unnecessary.

Round 5

AJ looked at the clock and found there was still some times left before the lunch. So he grabbed another dummy. During his way to take the dummy back, he could already feel the dummy was shivering. It kept mumbling uncompleted words "cold......so....cold.......I...cold.d..d..." AJ tried to measure its pulse, but it can hardly be felt.

AJ remembered that one main cause for hypothermia is the extremely low body temperature. So he grabbed a tower of blankets and wrapped allover the dummy. The dummy was look like a swollen balloon now. As the dummy tried to take off the blankets, he grabbed some extra clothes and used them as ropes to tie the dummy up. Thinking it wasn't enough, he even got some bandages and wrap the dummy like a mummy. Perfect!

Bandages are good, right?
