This is the story of Samson. He was the one where he received his power from his hear. This picture is when he fought a lion and came back to find that bees had made a honeycomb in the carcass. He ate the honey and took the rest to his wedding ceremony. He then gave the honeycomb to his family.

Looks like the story, of Abraham and his son Issac. In the picture God sends an Angel to stop Abraham from attempting to sacrifice his son Issac. God asked for a symbolic sacrifice, but Abraham mistook it as a literal sacrifice and was mislead by his own vain imagination, so God sends an Angel to stop him.

Edit: It's somewhat of a foreshadowing of the Father sacrificing His only begotten son, Or a typology, however one would like to say it.

In Islam it is the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) (peace be upon him) sacrificing his son Ishmael (peace be upon him)

(The Quran doesn't name the son who Abraham sacrificed.........it could have been Issac or Ishmael)
