I don't think it is. From the looks of it it is from the new PSP game that is based upon the Digimon Adventures anime. Could be wrong but thats how it looks like. Plus in Wikimon and Digimon Wikia its been added in their Royal Knights list

I thought so at first too, but like ultimatemk said, this guy is from the new PSP digimon game (woot woot) and is confirmed to be a Royal Knight. Apparently he does have some connection with the dragon species.

Anyways after a good idk how many years we finally get to see the 12th knight and now all we're missing is the 13th

Hackmon, the [R] Level of this Digimon is also available in the latest Digimon List Update! I really cannot wait until someone makes a sprite for Gankoomon, and when they will reveal its [C] and Levels too. sweatdrop

From my understanding it's true and that this new Royal knight is at [C] so what is his and [M] xp

He might be one of those digimon who stop their main digivolve tree without dna or mutate digivolve.

Oh I actually looked into that. Gankoomon is actually a Mega level but that fire dragon aura that hangs around him like Ansem's Guardian shadow is a separate entity that is considered of Champion level strength.

Was Huckmon his rookie form? I remember something mentioning the two having a relation but apparently the meta fiction treats them as separate beings with different digivolution lines.
