	I wish I could explain it. Just like I wish I could explain how we got sleet, rain, and snow all in the space of three minutes here in Ohio.

	It maybe because it's to windy over there. Just like how it is over here in California. It's always soo cold, but never snows due to the fact that it's too windy. Sadly sweatdrop
