So that's what you were working on that past day.
I kind of agree; some parts are a bit too light. burning_eyes The rest, though, is pretty good, going by the style you seem to be heading to.

What do you use? Looks like some pretty light painting, and no hard lines by the look of it... speaking of which, if you're planning not to make clothes look skintight, might make sense to add some lines, or something.

Yeap, i never had my last avi drawn so i thought "Let's draw her"

I basically just use sai's pen tool and stroke the ends of the shades/highlight with the smudge tool. Those two tools are the only ones i frequently used " u "a

1.Just make the basic sketch then lower the opacity.
2.Make a layer under the sketch and use basic color to differentiate between different parts. (you can make a layer per color if you want)
3.add shading and highlight with instinct
4. add the little details now

the lineart you see is basically a part of the shade fail o u o
the darkest shade is used to determine where it differentiate between
one part to another (like her arm)
