Originally, the neck kinda just stopped in the middle of the torso and made the perspective a bit strange where she could kink her neck straight up. I made some suggestions for the right arm or (her left) but I don't really know the energy of the character of what she is doing. So it depends on you.
Also be careful of how low the collar bones are. It's starting to look like she has pecs. Feel where your collar bones are, and you can see how they're really close the base of the neck.
