I suffer from monophobia, as part of my panic disorder.
Due to this I am known to cling dearly to people and be very dependent on others and rely on them. I have never stood on my own two feet.
I get called clingy and overly attached a lot, but they don't mind.
I've just lost the person I rely on the most and no one understands because they aren't like me. I feel as lost as Alice in Wonderland, or Bambi without his mother. I don't know where to turn or what to do. As a result of this, I suddenly feel like I can trust no one and everyone is getting angry with me and shouting.
Everyone says I should move on. I can't move on. I relied upon him and now I cannot.
I have panic attacks a lot more frequently and they are becoming longer and more serious.
Does anybody else suffer from this too?

I do not, but have you (or anyone in your family) ever looked for a support group for people like you in your area? If there is, they might be able to help you with your panic attacks and monophobia. You can only move on when you are ready, but having a support group, I have heard, can be helpful.

First off thank you for your reply. I have not looked into it, but I live in a big town which has many clubs and offers, such as yoga and a Buddhist centre which I might start attending, so I will look into it thank you. My best friend has been supporting me, so perhaps he could come along too.
