Are soq allowed to have glowing markings? I have an idea for a soq and i would if his markings could "glow" like not a mutant thing. But im pretty sure that it would be considered a muntant trait so how could i make his markings look like there "glowing" without having him cross into muntant lines? Would i have to put an item on him that glows i was thinking it could be bodypaint or something and when i would rp him he would state his markings glowed because of the paint...
I was also wondering if a soq with a shape in its eye would be considered mutant? What type of glowing eye is ok and what type is not? Just wanting to make sure on these things. Ive seen some soq that have no pupils but shapes in their eyes and thought them really neat if they would be like contacts or otherwise.
(An example is the soq Hard Tack and his crosshair eye)
