Cynder's egg was on the floor. It was night time and very late. Suddenly a small dragon baby was on the floor and was roaring as she struggled to get the shell off her head. SHe scratched at it, her tender, velvet like scales covered in the egg slime that was oozing off her. Usually her mother would lick ehr clean and crack the shell. Once she was out of the shell her eyes were starting to open. SHe roared hungrily as she laid in the incubator that was built for dragon eggs. She crawled around under the table her egg was on crawling and wrestling with it and chewing on it trying to suckle on it. She was very small, about the size of a two month old German Shepard puppy. SHe roared and crawled around leaving the egg slime on the floor.

Cynder was in the kitchen curled up wrestling with hte towel that was in her mouth. SHe roared as she looked for her mommy. SHe was hungry and needed to be fed. Then she heard Alex's footsteps and tilted her head at him curiously. Was he her daddy or something else? Her icey blue eyes were like baby blue sapphires shining in the sunlight. Then she crawled over to him covered in the slime and had the towel which was covered in most of it. Her footprints were all over the kitchen floor. She was cute though. As she crawled over to him she sniffed at him trying to find food since her mommy wasn't around or was taken away or worse. This wasn't a normal hunter's village. They didn't take too kindly to dragons. She looked up at Alex and roared as her head tilted to the side almost like a puppy would.

Once Cynder was in the bath, she started to fuss and try to scurry away. SHe roared as if it hurt her, which it wasn't but her kind hated water. She was being loud, not liking the water at all. SHe wouldn't hold still and was hard to hold as she wriggled around and clawed at Alex's hands biting him from time to time, but only a defensive bite.

Cynder stopped roaring once it was over. SHe was shivering in the towel. but was somewhat warmed by his body heat. She snuggled her head under his and curled up in his arms with her tail sticking out from the towel. She coo like roar, scared not wanting him to do that again. She was mostly shaking from fear of the water. it was the only thing she was afraid of. You could see her blade like scales almost shining in the light as if they were like swords. Her tail blade then moved a little and was a little shrp but was like a kitten's claws right now. When she gets older it would the strongest substance on earth. Cynder then looked at him with fear and hunger in her eyes. She was so sweet when she wasn't causing trouble. Though what happened next was unbelievable. She snuggled against ALex and laid her head on his shoulder starting to calm down.

Cynder snuggled up to him staying close to her daddy and wagged her tail just a little bit. SHe was warm now and wanted to eat something but then she looked up at him as she began to suckle on his shirt. Being a baby she needed her mother's milk to get stronger and be able to get her scales stronger. She was so little right now. She was a runt so she was smaller than the egg was. Her siblings, who were taken away by black market people, would be bigger than she was. About the size of a full grown Australian Shepard.

Cynder looked at the bottle but then she leaned her head up and started to suckle on it when she felt the milk going into her mouth. She then took a step foward her wings against her back as she suckled and milk dripped on the towel but the sounds she was making was really cute. She was so cute and sweet.

Cynder nuzzled Alex and started to nod off. Baby dragons don't eat nearly as much as an adult dragon would. She laid her head on Alex's shoulder and snuggled against him before falling asleep. It was nearly morning by this time so she was exhausted.
