Work and Snow

I'm officially off hiatus (not that I think many of you knew anyways seeing as I lacked the attention span to be active here)
Anywho, It's snowing like crazy here. I think we're at 12-20 inches of accumulated snow.
What does this have to do with work, you ask?
Well I have to drive about 6 miles out of town to get to work.
And we just got a severe winter storm warning.
On the bright side, SNOWMEN!!!

My work place is a 20 minute drive on a good day, or a 45 minute bus ride. A few weeks ago we had a major snow storm and the only people who were there to work were management because no one else would risk their a** to get in there. People were getting pulled off the highways by police and being told to get off the road, and they didn't close that God forsaken store. Ohh, the joys of retail.

It's times like this where I'm glad I don't have my job anymore, since my area of Colorado is under a winter storm warning until tomorrow evening. I had to commute about 34 miles to work one direction, so I had to wake up at least an hour earlier when it did snow to defrost my car. It sucked so bad.
