Cortona is shy but falls for the soldier that takes care of her. She doesn't know how to tell him though. They grew up together and she has loved him ever since he stood up for her one day.

He has been taken care of by a neko scientist began to wander about the boy. He is given a special Ai from her, a Ai that nobody know about or has heard of before. Cortona was inside a small tube. She woke up when the scientist that created her woke her up and said "Awaken my dear." Then the AI's eye's opened and she sat up when the tube opened. She rubbed her eyes her naked body quickly with a blanket. The scientist had created her as a friend for John. Cortona's neko ears twitched as she looked around her little voice though she couldn't speak just yet was so cute. Though she could say one word and that was "Mew." The scientist smiled and helped to dress her in some little girl's clothing she had bought for her. She smiled and held her hand out to the confused child. Cortona took the woman's hand and hugged her crying some. "Shhh child. Your okay. I have someone I want you to meet." The scientist said as she hugged the child close to her. "Mew?" She said and looked up at the woman who wiped her tears from her eyes with a tissue. "You are very special little one. You are what is known as an AI unit. You are a prototype but you will be very much like a regular neko. AI stands for Artificial Intelligence Unit. But your name is up to your friend that you will make in a few minutes. " The scientist explained to the child. Once they got to John's room the scientist knocked and opened the door. As the door opened Cortona hid behind the wall and the scientist said to John "John I have someone I would like you to meet. Come on out to the garden will you?" through an intercom inside hi room. They were in the garden and Cortona tilted her head and smiled at the butterflies. "Go play little one. I shall call you when your friend is here." The scientist said and smiled as the little girl giggled and played with the butterflies.

John was in a deep sleep and visioning about the future but he always some what woke up in sweat. He slowly looked around the room and notice that someone was trying to contact him. He heard his caretaker voice and slowly went over to the com to hear what she was saying. John is a very sad boy and does not know much the world since been so cruel to him. When he was a baby war had broken out and he was covered in blood but eventually was found by his caretaker. He still did not know his caretaker name and did not dare to say mom because he was always in fear. He slowly got dressed and wore some blue jeans and tee-shirt. He slowly left the room and was checking every concern of the house like in his training, he thought everybody around him was a enemy. He slowly made his way to the garden and went over to his caretaker. He looked at her but kept his distance from her, even if she had breast fed him and everything, he did not know there relationship. He slowly just watched her waiting for him to give him a chore like usual. John was not a normal human and did not understand much, he had no real emotion since his training.

 The scientist smiled at John and said "John my dear. I have a surprise for you. please follow me." She said and soon the sound of giggling could be heard. Then a girl could be seen as she looked over at the scientist and John. She hid behind a tree and peeked out shyly. "It's okay little one please come here." The scientist said smiling and said "John this is your new friend. You get to name her and spend time with her." The scientist said knowing he was lonely. Cortona hid behind the scientist who smiled and said "It's okay sweetie. He's your new friend." Then the girl came out from hiding and looked at john before she looked away shyly. "Mew." She said as she looked back at him putting her ears down against her head showing she was shy.

John looked at her not human like and more like a soldier. He slowly began to process all that was happening around him. He slowly began to pet the top of her head. "Cortona" He said very slowly and quietly something he had not done before was talk normal, he would not be surprised if his caretaker would give him a look. He than slowly began to wander what he should do since he did not have training today. He was getting hungry. It was wired for john because he felt more childish around this girl which he was not suppose to show emotions. "food?"

"F-food?" She asked copying him a little. She then nodded after looking up the word food with her eyes glowing as she looked it up. SHe then smiled at him saying. "Cortona want food please." Her speech program seemed to be working fine and the scientist smiled. "I'll let you both get to know each other." She said and went back to the lab. Cortona waved bye bye and said "Bye bye." She then looked at John and grabbed his hand before saying "Food pelase?"

He watch the two females talk to each other and sighed when he saw his caretaker walk away from them. He slowly led cortona to the kitchen and began to grab a box of gold fish. He only know how to find snacks. He sat slowly down by the window because he liked the view. "gold fish" He slowly open her mouth put one fish in and than made her chew the food so she know what to do. John than looked outside the window and watched the clouds. He was so empty inside and his heart was aching but he felt like nobody could see he was in pain.

Cortona could sense what he was feeling and hugged him saying "All better?" She looked up what to do and saw that a hug usually helped along with asking if he was okay. She then purred as she sat next to him like he was sitting. She then ate a goldfish and said "yummies." She then smiled at him hoping he would smile back. She wanted him to be happy too.

He began to look at her a little confused because she had just hugged him and he did not know what were hugs. He slowly began to hug her back to see what it would be like after awhile he stopped because was not use to it. He slowly began to eat the snack and began to wander. "bath?" John did not smell to good and it was making him mad. He slowly got up and began to walk to his room.

 Cortona then tilted her head saying "Bath?" She then looked up what a bath was and nodded. She knew that she couldn't shock him with water but then she said "Bath...." She was not sure what to do during a bath. She followed him not wanting to get lost.

John slowly went into the bathroom and began to make a bath start. He put bubbles and some toys in the water. He than slowly came over and pet her head. He slowly took of his cloths and u could see bruises. He slowly sat in the tube. "Join me"

((Lol it's fine I'll post another pic next time lol.)) Cortona tilted her head and got undressed before she got into the tub and relaxed with John and purred happily. "Relaxed?" She said asking if he was relaxed. She then smiled as she sat across from him and looked at him smiling.

He slowly began to play with the bubbles a little. He than can over and put her on his lap. He began to slowly pet her before beganing to wash her. He wandered what he should do?

Cortona smiled as he washed her and began to wash him a little copying him. She blushed a little feeling strange as he washed her but didn't give it much thought. She then began to play with the bubbles as well. She was really cute right now. Cortona giggled as she played with the bubles then put some on John's head before she giggled at him with a smile on her face.
