Malcolm had put up posters for yet another Inkjar-related class. This time, it required for all participants to sign an indemnity form - stating that any injuries sustained from the class would not lead to prosecution of the school - and hand it in to the office before turning up for class... It was pretty ominous, but according to the poster, it was simply some necessary paperwork due to the nature of the class.
Apparently, a whole army of gnomes weren't very happy about the side effect of inkjar consumption - they spent the week cleaning rainbow pee off the toilet, unclogging invisible poop from the pipes, and scrubbing gold colored poop off some of the more dimwitted gnome workers... Who might have rolled about in it, thinking it was real gold.
Needless to say, they were convinced that paperwork would deter students from joining a class. After all, doing too much paperwork might put them on the path of more paperwork, and nobody wants to be the next Secretary Snowflake Arel, right?

Rikki was hesitant to sign up for another inkjar class. There were days where he still swore he saw a green hair, or that he still smelled like watermelon if he concentrated. But all the same, the class had been interesting.
He frowned and then signed the form quickly. He would just find a seat in the class quickly before he could change his mind. Millie happily signed up for the brand new class that Terra had told her about. How exciting! Maybe she could learn how to turn her fish a different color! Or one of her new minipets... Looking at the form, it seemed very official. Millie stuck her tongue out at the form because official things meant official names. Filling it out reluctantly, Millie had images of cloud and tangerine-colored minipets in her head to help her through the form. After her last experience with Selene's, ahem, "class", she really should have known better, and should have had a good idea of what to expect when they were required to sign an "indemnity" form.
But, well, this was Amityville, one of the most prestigious, if not THE most prestigious school there was, and Miasma loved to learn. Not to mention this professor seemed more... capable than the snake professor.
And so, with a heavy sigh, she pulled out her pen-strictor and signed her name with a flourish of her wrist.Quote: Indemnity Form I, Miasma Aricia, hereby declare that the staff of Amityville Academy will not be held responsible for any injury or other affliction sustained in the class 'Inkjar: Transmogrification'.

There was something exciting about doing a class about Inkjars and colours. As an artisan, she was all for it - and knowing her partner, the jewel crafter would be on her skirt tails, interested in everything they could learn.
"Should be a fun one, hmm, Mjoll?" She asked the other horsewoman, as she signed the form.Quote: Indemnity Form I, 华 黎芬, hereby declare that the staff of Amityville Academy will not be held responsible for any injury or other affliction sustained in the class 'Inkjar: Transmogrification'.

Despite the somewhat disgusting outcome of the last class he'd attended, Makoto somehow managed to stumble into Malcom's class on time. He had no earthly idea of what to expect (but then, he wasn't necessarily thinking about that sort of thing anyways), so it was with rather careless abandon that he signed the form and folded his arms, waiting for whatever disaster was sure to happen this time.
He couldn't spy anyone he knew, and he was more or less content simply to stand there and examine everyone else until something or someone interesting came along for him to bother. After all, Makoto wasn't insane all of the time. Just... a great deal more of the time than anyone else within his immediate vicinity would have ever preferred. Quote: Indemnity Form I, Reizei Makoto, hereby declare that the staff of Amityville Academy will not be held responsible for any injury or other affliction sustained in the class 'Inkjar: Transmogrification'. - - - - - - - - - -
Something about Amityville had bemused Senga, but he wasn't quite sure what. So it was with great hesitance and curiosity that he appeared in the strange class, the hood of his pelt down to reveal tawny hair. He kept his wings close and folded, careful not to bump into any of the students.
He'd signed the form with mild amusement at best, and, when nothing else seemed to happen immediately after, turned his eyes to the classroom for any familiar faces. Of which there were no --
Oh wait.
Tilting his head to the side, Senga slid over to Mjoll and Lifen. "Hello again." He said quietly to the artisan, his eyes turning to the jewel crafter with mild intrigue. After all, the last Death horseman he'd met was... a whole 'nother can of worms. The contracted looked suspicious, very suspicious. Very much so. Why did he have to sign it? Then again he couldn't think of a way it could be worst then the last extra curricular class he took which involved a plant monster nearly killing him. He final shrugged and signed his name. It wasn't an official contract, and he would just.... quickly leave if it came to actual danger. (Or hide behind the teacher.) But really how bad could coloring be? Quote: Indemnity Form I, Andrew Conner, hereby declare that the staff of Amityville Academy will not be held responsible for any injury or other affliction sustained in the class 'Inkjar: Transmogrification'. Transaction complete he wandered into the class and found a spot in a corner in the back, as was his usual.

Another class? Transmogrification? AJ didn't know inkjar can be applied on creeple, the boil thought they could only be used to make fun on minipet. AJ looked at the form and can't help to chuckle out. Is that a guarantee? Anyway, he put his name, obviously not Ajax Serpico, on the line. " Hope it would be as interesting as Prof. Selene's class, Bro." He grinned. The undead horse slunk in, sure that this class would be another chapter in 'how avoid and alienate other students' book that was his school life. But his performance in his last class had been absolutely dismal; he needed to redeem himself or he'd never get out of Year One. He carefully looked around to see if there might be, by some chance, someone tolerable around but all he found were students he didn't know... And a couple students he wasn't altogether sure he wanted to know. The boil hastily scribbled his name on the form, then, careful to avoid making eye contact with anyone, searched around for the most remote seat he could find. A class about inkjars?? ... Maddy had often wondered how the tiny jars worked; they were essentially fashion equivalent of the minipet world after all.
He scrawled his name elegantly to a form, and stepped inside. The sight of a certain red-haired wolf attracted his attention, and strengthening his steps he sank down into a chair beside the inugami. "Morning, Makoto-sama." He tugged his replacement cap down slightly, and his eyes danced with mischief as they settled on the other. "Need a pillow?? ..."Quote: Indemnity Form I, Maddox, hereby declare that the staff of Amityville Academy will not be held responsible for any injury or other affliction sustained in the class 'Inkjar: Transmogrification'. -------------------------------------------------------- Kiwi had attended one of Malcom's classes before, and had enjoyed it immensely, despite the side effects. Besides, it seemed that several other horsemen were already here. He glanced up from signing his name to a sheet, and hurried over to greet them with a smile. Lifen and Mjoll both received a polite bow, and Senga, a friendly cuff to the shoulder. "Glad to see some friendly faces."

Alexander heard that there was to be another inkjar class, and he nope'd to himself on repeat for the rest of the day, especially after the emotional and psychological trauma of becoming a firelands zombie after the last time. Really, there had been nothing worse, and he was incredibly thankful for the fact that as a zombie, he didn't need to perform certain bodily functions. There were just places that fire and lava should never be expelled from, no matter how "fake" it was. Ever. Still, the longer he had to think about it, the more he thought to himself that it really couldn't be much worse then it had been last time, and he had survived that. On top of that, Malcolm had quickly risen to becoming one of his favorite teachers, especially after being saved by the man during his Year Three entrance exam. And whatever didn't kill him made him stronger, right? So, after a lot of consideration, inward weeping, and silent self-consoling, the zomboil made his slow and shuffling way into the inkjar class, signing the sheet of paper that was handed to him after barely skimming it. There was another class of sorts that dealt with inkjars. The last one had intrigued Tseng quite a bit, so he decided to show up for this one as well. He wondered that this transmogrification thing was! It likely wasn't glorious but.. he was intrigued anyway. It was good for a hero to expand his horizons.
