"Moderate Man" Bar and GrillWhere the Soldiers come to Feast
Even in this city, the tavern is fairly clean and sanitary that serves delicious food!! The people however, are another issue. People who frequent the tavern and bar come from all shapes, sizes, and walks of life and various skill sets. The darker air to the tavern makes it perfect for meetings, dinners, transactions, as well as the single best place to find hired help.
Rules:
• Any food and beverage consumed here recovers the user at double the rate of chakra/stamina recovery from consuming a meal.
• When attempting to purchase extra help, make sure to specify the rank and status (bloodline or no).
• Hired help is active for only one campaign (set of 3 missions that are turned in, or one act of a Mini arc/guild arc)
• Hired help will be randomized by a mod
• When hiring help, quote the mod.
• Make sure to remember the name of the character you hired, so you can attempt to hire them again if you wish
• Additionally, this is where rougues can put their name in for hire as well. .
Hired Help rates -Genin w/o bloodline: 2,500 ryo. -Genin w/ bloodline: 3,500 ryo -Chuunin w/o bloodline: 7,500 ryo -Chuunin w/ bloodline: 10,000 ryo -Jounin w/o bloodline: 50,000 ryo -Jounin w/ bloodline: 65,000 ryo -Konin w/o bloodline: 100,000 ryo -Konin w/ bloodline: 150,000 ryo

San was sitting and enjoying his drink when his ears picked up people talking about him and his attire.
"Hey, i know that man. He was one of the ninja that killed my brother. You remember him right, the pirate from Sawasti? Yeah, im positive its that man."
The clone ignored it for now, trying to act like he didnt hear them, but keep his hands ready incase s**t hit the fan. He would ahve to take it outside, to avoid collateral damage...or having other people simply join in the brawl. When the group of three men stood, San had a feeling s**t was about to get bad. His reflexis were fast enough to handle a bunch of pricks however....
"Hey you there. I remember you....you killed my brother. My brother was the Pirate from Sawasti...a good kid and strong kid at that. It would have taken some skill to defeat him, and even more skill to kill him. We could use some skill like that. Surgio Mulaka, associate of the Kurokasa Family, pleased to meet.....?"
San simply kept his flat affect void of facial expression, continuing to sip his drink before speaking. The Mafia huh? The family that owned the casino? This was about to get good....
"Sir. You can call me Sir."
The Surgio gave a small look at his friends, then looked back at San, reaching into his suit coat for something.
"Well...Sir....this is my card. If you are interested in earning some money or you know good skilled people interested in earning some money, just have them present this card at the estate boarder and they will allow you to pass. They can better explain our needs and desires. oh!"
Surgio put some ryo on the tavern bar stand, looking to the man serving San his drinks.
"His drinks are on me. A token of...good faith if you will. Take care...Sir..."
San looked down at the card, and put it into his bag. This was certainly turning out to be an interesting location. He wondered how Sebastian and Amai were doing...

James nodded, "We have two groups looking out." He said as he examined the dropped card. James took that as a hint, and pocketed it.
"Wait here for a second Doc."
James arose and walked to the restroom, and after clearing the room, produced a set of clones. the Water body clones spread out, and transformed into three different men, and then James handed one 3000 ryo, another the card, and the last an order.
James would exit first, and then the clones would emerge one by one.
"Sorry about that, needed to use the restroom." He said as his clones dispersed to do there duty.
about 30 minutes later James clone would drop off a package with him, and then slip out the door and around a corner to melt, James would stiffen slightly at the transfer of knowlege.
"Doc if you want to get something really nice you can, I'm covering dinner."

James shook his head, "Nope, just finish the meal, and then head out." James said between bites, and a large hit of Sake.
"If you see something you like, but are short the cash let me know, I'll pick something up for my apprentice. I had a older peer gift me some gear when I started and saved my life when we cleaned out Rouran from the Jashin, damn, that was years ago, I feel old a lot now."
James ate quickly after that.
