Betting, Winning, Wealth
The Kusanagi was quite the popular location in Sasagi city. The larger, castle looking building had lavish decorations all throughout, with people dressing and acting above their means across the many different tables. This was one of the major life lines for the City, employing many hard men and taking money from others. The many bouncers, body guards, and security men made sure no cheating occurred, and any and all transactions were clean and fair. On the betting floor, there were 4 rows of tables, each row signifying a different game. The deeper into the row you went, the higher up in betting stakes. The first table was in increments of 10 ryo, the second table in increments of 100 ryo, the third table in increments of 1000 ryo, and an elaborate gold table on the end of each row only bet in increments of 10000 ryo.

Games
Random Glory: A low-risk, low-reward game divided into gambling tiers. Roll two 20-sided dice. If the results on the dice are within five numbers of each other, the player wins the cost of their bet plus 10%. Results of 10 and/or 1 on either die yield no payout, but a result of 20 doubles the payout each time it appears, up to quadruple payout for two twenties. Identical rolls result in doubled payout even on a roll of 10, though rolls of 1 are still losses.
Betting Tiers: 100 Ryou (110 Ryou payout), 500 Ryou (550 Ryou payout), 1000 Ryou (1100 Ryou payout), 20000 Ryou (22000 Ryou payout), 100000 Ryou (110000 Ryou payout).
High Roller's Glory (Variant Rule): Pick any number above two and roll that many dice. The first result is taken to be the comparison number. For each result within five of that number, the payout increases by 10% (110% for one, 120% for two, etc.). For each result outside that range or for a result of 1 or 10, decrease the payout by 20%, to a minimum payout of 0 Ryou. Minimum betting tier is 1000 Ryou.
Dice Pick'em: A game of dice matching similar to poker. Roll five 20-sided dice. Two matching results yields a 100% payout (the amount of the bet), three matching yields 200% payout (double the bet amount), and four of a kind yields 500% payout. Five of a kind pays out ten times the bet amount. Getting a sequence of three or more numbers in a row (13, 14, and 15, for example) yields a 150% payout, increasing by 100% for every additional number beyond the third in a row.
Betting Tiers: 1000 Ryou, 10000 Ryou, 100000 Ryou.
Straights & Flushes (Variant Rule): Payout only occurs for sequences. Base payout is increased to 200%, and getting a sequence that ends in 20 triples the final amount.
Quick Draw: A game played either against the house or another player. After placing a bet, two 20-sided dice are rolled. The higher roll gets back their bet and the loser's. When playing against the house, the house's bet is always 100 Ryou lower than the guest's. In event of a tie, the bets are split evenly.
Betting Tiers: Minimum 200 Ryou, but there are no set tiers.
Deadlock (Variant Rule): A variant for three players. The one who rolls the highest earns their bet and the lowest roll's bet. The one in between gets their bet back. In case of ties for the highest roll, earnings are split evenly; in case of ties for the lowest roll, the winner gets all bets; in the case where all rolls are identical, all bets are refunded. If playing with the house as the third player, they always bet the average of the two other bets and their result should be handled by the first person to roll dice.
Diamonds in the Rough: Roll three 10-sided dice. Two even results yields 150% payout; two odds yields 50% payout; three evens or odds results in 400% payout. For each result of 10, the payout increases by ten times, but if 1 or 99 is rolled, the payout is 0 Ryou.
Betting Tiers: 100 Ryou, 250 Ryou, 500 Ryou, 1000 Ryou.
Exploding Dice (Variant Rule): Roll as many 10-sided dice as you want, paying the bet for each die cast. For each roll of 10, multiply the next result to the right by ten and add it to the amount that you bet before you determine payout. If the majority of the rolls are even, the payout is 200% the bet amount; if the majority are odd, the payout is zero. For sequences of 10's, multiply the first non-10 result to the right by ten for each result of 10 in the sequence. If all rolls are 10, the house wins and the payout is 0 Ryou.
