Okay, just a quick disclaimer. I somehow had the idea that it would be really cool for there to be a Soq based of off Fallingwater, but it's kind of hard to describe how a horse should look like a house. Anything I have here is more or less a suggestion, and you may take as many liberties as you like. Basically the idea is that she should incorporate Wright's ideals of organic architecture. Overall, I just want her to be really really really ridiculously pretty. And if this is too over-the-top, I will switch it with another concept.

Body: Colored like moss-covered rock on the legs, and having a rugged, natural feel. Then fading to a warm orange-cream on top.
Face: A peaceful expression. Deep green eyes.
Mane/Tail: Both are a cascading waterfall that splash and fog around her feet. Her mane should roll over her back like the layers of a waterfall.

Body: Back and belly scales. Her main body should be black, with maybe some sort of pale teal cloud-esque design through it? I don't want cartoon-y swirly clouds on her fur, but I'd like something that shows bits of storm clouds if possible, like black clouds that are being back-light by the lightning. Her actual scales should be a dark blue or black with white or blue electric streaks running through them here and there.
Face: Ear muffle and jawline/big mouth. Same markings on her scales here as above. Eyes should be a bright, electric blue.
Mane: Edited, medium length. A sort of wild, windblown effect, a very jagged cut. Starts as a silver/white towards her skull, can either stay that color the whole way down or maybe even fade into blue lightning/static towards the ends? Would like to see some electricity through her mane somehow though!
Tail: Scaled tail. Same black/"storm cloud" base and electric marking scales. Lightning around the tip of her tail, if possible?
Hooves/Fetlocks: Leg scales, same patterns as above.

CC on other possible elemental horns. I'd love them dearly to accent the looped horn, but not sure of a design... or if they'd even work! Can be up on her skull, or along her cheeks.
Wings: Spread style, scales. "Arms" and fingers would be the same black or dark blue base color as her body, scales also mimicing her body's. Membrane is CC.
