Also his real name is probably Ryan or Kyle or Mike or something equally basic for a 'murican boi, but as his parents were tragically killed in a terrorist bombing and he had no friends besides May, nobody really remembered or cared.

Bill is too close to Billy, another OC. I would never name two OCs who look like they could be cousins or something names that similar no matter how fitting the name might be. Also maybe this time he should focus on hitting the bot, not a variety of random masculine names.
