Do you think you have something you could bring to the table for this
guild? Perhaps you design graphics, or do coding, or you're just really
good at dealing with people and such. Well -- if you do, or even if you
just want to try your hand at it, we have a place for you here on the
Mini Gaia Community Guild's crew! However, before you apply, make
sure you read this all -- every single letter and word and period. It's of
the utmost importance that you fully understand what you're getting into.

• You must be active at all times!
It is detrimental that we can count on you to be active!

• You must still follow the rules!
You are supposed to be a role model! You may not break
either Gaia's ToS or the Guild Guidelines for any reason.

• You must be willing to do your share of work!
Everyone in the crew is hired for a reason. To help. If you
are constantly unable to do what you are asked, you will
be putting the guild at a huge loss and risk of failure.

• You must be kind to everyone!
It is of the utmost importance that you are communicating
correctly with both your fellow crew members (including the
captain and vice captain) and the other members of the guild.
You must learn to swallow your pride and put the member as
your first priority, or deal with them politely, even if they are not
so polite.

• You must communicate well!
If you are unable to do something, or even just unsure that
you can do it, you need to be responsible enough to tell us
or find someone else to do it, or work out another situation
with your Vice Captain or Captain.

The Vice Captain is responsible for everything, coding, graphics,
planning, funding, welcoming new members, getting new members,
dealing with members that get out of hand, and so on. If you are to
be selected for this position, you have to be incredibly active to be
chosen for this, and willing to give your heart and soul to the guild.

The Contributors are responsible for planning fundraisers, and if the
fundraiser falls a bit short, they are responsible for funding whatever
the guild may need at that time, whether it be prizes for an event, gold
for a layout or graphics when our artists are unable to do it, or anything
else guild-related.

The Moderator is responsible for keeping the guild friendly and safe for
everyone, and making sure our members are abiding by the rules. They
are the ones who keep track of ban lists, members who have broken a
rule, reporting inappropriate content to the Captain or Gaia mods. They
are also responsible for moving misplaced threads to their correct place
and keeping old threads cleaned up.

The Artists are responsible for the graphics and BBC coding needs for the
guild events, or any other reason why we should need graphics or coding.
They have to be able to meet a deadline and produce a decent to amazing
product to show for the time they were given. Must be able to work at a set
pace and have a deadline for things, and get them done. One failure with
this could result in getting demoted.

The Reviver has one of the most important jobs of all: welcoming new
members into the guild and keeping threads alive and kicking. This means
frequently posting in the "introduction" area in the General sub forum and
welcoming the members you see who post there, or posting in the threads
that they post themselves in the General sub forum.

If you do not get the position you wanted, try again when we are

We would much rather have an honest person with a few flaws vs.

But aside from health issues, I'd love to put my efforts into making friends, meeting new people, and help to build the guild up in the process! I have experience with both owning guilds and helping manage them, so I hope to be of help now that I'm getting my health into shape and back on Gaia as actively as I can be. Just after a few days of being back on gaia, many users have gifted me, messaged me kind words and such. It made me happy to see there are still many kind users here on gaia. Which has encouraged me to want to be apart of a community here more than ever.

Managed & Owned a 200+ Member Minecraft Community (before the game declined)
I currently managed (and created) a 12,500+ Art community online( i want to keep the name private ). I have trained staff, interviewed them aswell in my community.
I have had previous clans and guilds in online games.
