Is it normal for one to vomit quite a bit (I mean filling paper bag almost over the brim) during your period/whatever everyone calls it outside my family?
This has been going on since my period first started. Why is this happening?
Please answer quickly, I've been starting to vomit...

It really depends, for some people its totally normal. If its a sudden development its worth talking ot a doctor, like anything to do with your periods (or pretty much any other part of your body) if somethings changed you should ask just incase.
Personally i've been sick during my periods before, i used to have to go to A&E every month because my period pain would be so bad my body would go into shock. The times i vomited they never seemed to worried or performed any new tests.
You say outside your family, if it happens to your mother/sister/etc as well and they've never had any serious issues it could be just a genetic random. But like anything if its worrying you then the best thing to do is ask a professional, even if its nothing serious they may be able to give you tips or treatments to help prevent vomiting during your future periods.

Thanks. I was told that this isn't a normal thing for my family, but my mom just said it's likely the cramps, but I don't understand how that could happen. When it's really, really severe pain compared to what i usually have, the vomiting is less than it usually is. I think I will talk to a doctor, but I'm not sure though.

I know I've had cramps to the point that I think i'm going to be sick and am miserable for a few hours, but I don't actually get sick. then again a lot of girls and women have their bodies react differently to their cycle, I used to have a friend who would get bad cramps in her leg the first couple of days , another had it so bad it was almost like she was anemic while on her cycle, and another was sensitive to smells and lights. if you're really worried about it, i'd talk to your family doctor just to be sure of it. it's better to be safe just in case, right? but if your family has this happen a lot with other women menstruating and it isn't causing you too much damage(aside from the vomiting and burning your throat with stomach acid anyways) then I wouldn't worry too much. that does REALLY suck though and I hope you find some way to manage it so hopefully it doesn't happen quite as often at least

I would vomit the first day my period cycle for that month started, and it would usually be from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. After that I would stop and I wouldn't vomit again until my next period started. All that stopped when I started taking some multivitamins a good three or two days before my period was going to start again. After that I stopped needing multivitamins once I became vegetarian. :3
