i dont keep up with local news, but all the schools in my are on lockdown. he is wanted for some felony stuff and escaped police twice today. he was last seen right by the park i pretty much live next to, so probably no archery when hubby gets home
according to my sister who is out and about right now there are cops, k9 units, and helicopters everywhere.
im sittin gin the house with the doors and windows all locked and everything. i havent seen anything that says he is armed so i feel a bit better but it still has me worried of course. he has been missing for an hour now i think
i felt less paranoid when there was a bear running loose near where my old apartment was when i lived there
luckily i have the best watchdog ever who runs and hides behind me whenever she sees anything new rofl im sure i will be ok though, but if i dont post anything for the next few weeks just know that i loved you guys and that stowrm was probably no help at all

Not that ive seen, but i dont see/hear a bunch of cops searching anymore so i guess they must have gotten him yesterday i guess. Anyways i went to the park today to go shooting and no one said anything.

^ How I feel living in my city every day. lol
But really, it's frightening to know that someone's armed, dangerous, and possibly looking to hurt people. Once, we had a police officer parked outside of our house, standing next to his car with a rifle! Apparently (we heard about this through the neighbors), someone had broken in two houses down and threatened the owners with a gun.
I wish they had a better way of updating everyone about dangerous situations! No one came to our door and warned us to be on the lookout for a criminal who was believed to be hiding somewhere in the neighborhood. It wasn't on the news or anything, so we had no information on what he could have looked like or if/when they caught him.
