Name: Francis Maltravers
Nicknames: Mal, stop calling him Franny
Gender: Male
Age: Appears about sixteen or so
Faction: Undead
Race: Vampire (based on Rakshasa mythology)
Natural Ability: Blood Born - Francis can manipulate his own blood into various shapes, though to do so requires him biting himself hard enough to break the skin. It also won't hold form for more than a few minutes, meaning he can't really make weapons out of it or anything.
Personality: Francis is a tsundere kid with too much time on his hands to pretend like he knows what he's doing when he really doesn't. But while he acts confident, he's not really. He's basically a teenager who is trying too hard to be impressive, and it's not really working out all that well.
He also complains a lot about schoolwork, but he kind of thinks it's all right at the same time. He gets stupidly excited over anything involving experiments.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? His adopted parents made him come.
FEAR Ability: Blood Spatter - Francis sends a barrage of bloody bullets towards his opponent (Swift Strikes).

It sounds kind of like being Alexei's friend or enemy would get very, very messy xD HE SOUNDS LIKE A TEENAGER yep.
Does the blood just stay there after he uses it. Like he just makes a bird out of blood and then a minute later it gushes out and turns into puddles on the carpet.
Also how does he sustain himself, do spookies do the trick? xD Does his nat cost him anything in terms of tiredness or can he just gnaw open an artery and make a miniature blood city and a miniature blood godzilla and the natural conclusion is when everything explodes into a gory mess? O uO
Science and experiments sounds fun xD What kiiinds?

The blood dissipates after he uses it; it just sort of shrivels until it disappears entirely. o v o otherwise he'd make messes all over the place and that would be bad...
He gets hungry a lot after having used his nat ability, so he tends to eat a lot more; granted, as a growing boil, he eats a lot as it is, but especially after he uses it, or his fear, he gets ravenously hungry. He can drink blood if he wants, but he prefers real food. His own blood supply is never ending (it just naturally regenerates itself) but that doesn't mean that he doesn't get a little tired from using some of it, since it takes time to regenerate!
