This is a mad town of loons. The capital of Lutetia and Sirius. The residents are crazed criminals and the most random body of people in Prim. They are true loyal servants to the guardian and to their nation, worshiping their guardian with rituals of strange dances and spontaneous explosions of local buildings. Tis an odd place indeed.
