Lukas watched the entrance to the tent. This is the time the teams were supposed to arrive. Yet he was the only one here so far. "They are late." he said as he looked at the entrance. If they get disqualified it will not look good for our team. he thought.

Amata arrived at the tent with a wide smile on her face. She might be a bookworm and a nerd, but she was also a Gryffindor, and there was no such thing as a Lion who didn't have a love of competition. She'd been looking forward to this for a while. She approached a young man, who she assumed was one of her teammates, offering a small wave. She didn't know his name, but recalled seeing him at the feasts and such. She thought he might work in the Hospital Wing... yes, she did recall seeing him when she'd visited with Damien his first year. She shifted her weight, a little uncomfortable. She hadn't worn pants in a while, wasn't used to feeling so constricted. But, they were comfortable enough, just unusual. She was brimming with excitement and anticipation. She had no idea what they'd be doing, but she was eager to begin.

Germaine walked into the tent smiling. "Hello!" she greeted the two professor, recognizing them. She adjusted the hem of her blazer, which was crooked, fastidiously. Her eyes, magnified by her glasses, looked at them warmly. She was rather excited about this whole thing. She'd never done anything like this before. Her brown hair was pulled back up under a straw hat, and she looked younger than her age, as she was wearing more casual clothes. The librarian could have passed for an older student. Being short didn't help much.

Without LIBRARIANS, what do we HAVE? No PAST and no FUTURE.

Great. The first event and Gwen was the last to show. Entering the tent, she found the three members of her team. From what she figured, it would be a pretty strong team. There was Lukas, the Healing Professor. He taught a skill that the charms professor was fairly certain would come in handy. Then there was the librarian, the woman had yet to learn her name. Intelligence. That was a valuable trait as well. Then there was another woman that Gwen couldn't recall meeting, however, she was certain that she wouldn't let the team down. After all, the professors all knew what they were getting themselves into when they signed up. Or did they?

Gwen thought back to her home where her in-laws were busy watching her daughter. Weren't these games going to be dangerous? What if she died? Not only would her daughter grow up without a mother, but her husband would be heartbroken. There was really only one thing that the professor figured she could do about it. No, it wasn't drop out. That would be the shameful thing to do. No. She would make sure that she made it out alive.
