I think its the hot weather thats making me eat like no ones business.
What are the best foods for summer days? I've been sticking to fruit and ice cream.

Hm, maybe ice cream isn't the best because it's high in cholesterol and sugar??

Fruits, yes indeed-y! biggrin I would say, if you like that sweet creamy stuff, try frozen yogurt! I guarantee it tastes just as lovely and is certainly much better for you~! <3

AH I've been trying to get healthier, and fruit is nice, I think I will switch to frozen yogurt...just as soon as I finish the last bit of ice cream left in my freezer .. sweatdrop

Fruit smoothies are so nice. ^^
