I have every Wednesday off and usually I'm just dead in bed or chillin around with Ezra, but Ezra's gone today and I was motivated to clean.
SO I cleaned and now I'm doing a bunch of food stuff.
I put some pork tenderloin in the crockpot to make apricot bourbon pulled pork, and I cut up lettuce & spinach to have salad all week, then MADE a damn awesome salad with blueberries, strawberries, pears, bleu cheese, candied walnuts, and raspberry walnut vinagrette.
After I finished it I realized I didn't have grilled chicken on it, so now I'm grilling some chicken for future salads.
AAAANNDDD I'm making this awesome pumpkin cake. You make pumpkin cake and put it in your cake pan, and then you take a package of cream cheese and a can of condensed milk and melt them together and pour it over the cake batter & lightly marble it in. It tastes just like pumpkin cheesecake and I can't wait until it's done so I can hoard it all into my mouthhole. 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding
Last night since Ezra's gone we had beef tenderloin & baked potato and it was diviiiiiine sweatdrop
