Me personally I like RPG games and story games like Dragon Age and Mass Effect.

Ugh... I'm not too into RPGs, besides Pokemon...
I live fighters, and sandbox-y stuff like Animal Crossing.
I've been known to play FPS when anyone brings a console by (I only have my 3DS to game on).
A well-developed fashion game is something I'll play as well (like Style Savvy).
