I didn't get my preorder copy yet because Amazon no longer does release day shipping.
But, since I bitched at them over the definition on "two day shipping", I got a 20 dollar credit, effectively making the game pay me 15 bucks to play it. (I used some gift cards I earned from a couple of survey sites for the game itself).
