How Best Overall, 2nd, and third place will be judged:

___/5 Interest Factor = If the story is boring, well It probably won't win the bottom things.
___/5 Scary Factor = How many spooks does the story give me?
___/15 Grammar = Please don't use bad grammar, unless it's being quoted being said by someone....
___/10 Effort= How much effort it seems you put into this. No, waiting til last minute doesn't mean you'll receive a 5. You could submit a story right now, and get a 4, or you could submit one the day of and get a 4. It's an effort thing.
