Saying that she's concerned about the condition that the house is in, and how everyone has their own ideas of how to keep a house clean but that her parents (who actually own the house) would be "extremely sad" if they saw what it looked like right now, etc.
LADY. There's clothes on the floor. You don't live here. Okay maybe it's messy, but she's making it sound like stuff is damaged. I felt like I was listening to my mom when I was reading her email.

She said that her parents want to come see the house over Thanksgiving, which I guess is okay. But I would much rather hear "clean the place up, you ******** slobs" than the patronizing email she sent.
