I signed onto my google account on my mom's computer, I think a window popped up asking something about bookmarks and stupid me wasn't paying attention, just pressed okay.
So my mom had like a zillion bookmarks, and they all got connected to my account. So I signed in on my computer and they all popped up. I was like.. s**t. I don't want these, but if I delete them they will delete from mom's computer, right?
So I went and signed OFF of my google account on my mom's computer. Logged out, and it was saved somewhere and I deleted it from there too. So I thought I was good! But no, I deleted the bookmarks from my computer, and they disappeared from hers as well. (she's freaking out. has no idea I had anything to do with it)
She tried to figure out a way to get them back to no avail. Oh well, they're gone.
But she's already added 2 new bookmarks, and they have again popped up on my computer at home. NOOOO I DON'T WANT THEM.
What the ******** do I need to do, this is retarded.
It's probably so simple but ********, I'm tired and I don't know what it is.

omg I don't know either but that's the most annoying thing! Like I was using Chrome on my work computer and I logged onto my Gmail and now all my bookmarks show up on my work computer? Like it's not a problems since I don't have anything inappropriate, just annoying. Especially since I logged off of my Gmail account and the bookmarks are still there.
So I have no idea how to help you but it happened to me too and I agree that it's stupid as hell.
