A Time Traveler's Journey

[Darkness Everdeen]

There once was a time traveler who did his first travel to the past all the way the time when the Greeks were prosperous. He lost someone close to him in the time period and decided to never travel through time ever again. A few years afterward, his best friend who created the watch decided to travel in time and find out what historians never did, later going into his head and driving him crazy for power. This time traveler has to once again travel through time to find where his friend landed and ended up being in the Medieval times, where kings and queens had lots of power, knights were appointed to guard, and where his best friend is now king of one of the many kingdoms of these times. The time traveler ends up being thrown into the dungeon where a princess doesn't want to marry a prince and become a queen. The story starts here....

Henry sat on dungeon floor.He felt stupid for deciding to rescue his friend and going back in time once again after he vowed never to do so again, just so he could be put in the dungeon.He sighed softly and looked around"Maybe I could find a hollow wall stone."He said softly to himself and stood up and knocked on the wal stones softly.

Sinead walked around in her garden when she heard news about a stranger who got thrown into the dungeons. 'I wonder who it could be?' she thought. She walked over to dungeon and called to the guards to let her through.

Henry looked up as he heard a conversation outside of his cell.He sat there and waited until he hears movements coming to his cell.He walked over to the cell bars and looked at the guards.He noticed them bringing a woman with them."Who is that woman?"he asked himself.

Sinead walked up to the cell where the stranger was held and gasped quietly. She imagined the stranger to be totally different. Maybe older. She just couldn't help looking at him silently. She snapped out of it and cleared her throat and faced him. "Who are you?" she asked him.

Henry stared at the woman and noticed how she looked at him.He narrowed his brown eyes and responded to her"I am Henry Jay and who might you be ma'am? "He asked her calmly.

Henry listened to the young girl and wasnt surprised to learn she was the princess of the King.He smirked softly as she asked where he was from"Oh im not from this kingdom, I come from a place far far away, my dear princess"he said.

Sinead didn't say anything to him, but was pretty offended by his attitude. "Is that so? Then who is your king? Who do you work for? I am the only one who can save you right now. My father can be quite suspicious of strangers. Especially about the strange wizard who is declaring war on many kingdoms," she said. " I do not wish for you to be hurt but my father has higher authority."

Henry snorted softly as the princess asked him a series of questions"For one, where I came from we have no king, two , I work for no one."He said to her.Once he heard a out a wizard he looked at her"May I ask what does wizard looks like, but I dont not work with."He said as he stared into her eyes.

Sinead was curious about why Henry wanted to know what the new king looked like. "I have not seen the king yet. We have only heard of what he has done," she said. She wasn't about to tell him the truth that he was there only a few hours ago and asked for her hand-in-marriage, which she turned down.
