[PRP] Feet Off the Ground (Kage x Gravity)

“You’re writing a check your a** can’t cash.” If she wanted to fight him he’d pull no punches. Kage wasn’t like that. If you were man enough to mouth off you deserved to get popped in the mouth. Male or female. He gave her a** a little squeeze while he was there.

Her next comment brought forth a raised eyebrow as he made a noise that was a mix between surprise and ‘yea right’. “I’ll take you on any time anywhere. In the words of my betters which are few, show me don’t tell me, Princess.”

Now he was fired up.

Kage didn’t move when she got up, merely pointed - claw towards a door way the lead to a hall. “Second door on the right.”

"There isn't a check big enough that I can't cash, pretty boy." Gravity laughed, he was confident, good. It would be sweeter that way. "You're ******** on. Anytime. Anywhere." It didn't take long to figure out where he was pointing to, she found a towel and began to dry off. Her fur was so damn soft that it made it slow going, she hated that, one of the few things. Stupid ******** Meanki fur. Gravity scrubbed the towel along the side of her neck and caught her reflection in the mirror. For a second she was worried she looked like a mess but that just ilicited a smug smile. She was gorgeous. End of story. It wasn't possible.


But she paused and gazed thoughtfully into the mirror again, towel stopping at her shoulder mid scrub, did she want to risk getting involved with someone so high profile? She made it a habit not to date other musicians for many reasons. Not just creativity-wise but there was a lot of ******** baggage. I mean not like she didn't have a lot of ******** baggage, she just didn't share it. With anyone. Which was probably why she got into so many fights. The Meanki rolled her eyes. Ok Dr. Sure. Or it was more like she just really liked getting into fights. She'd always been angry and it felt good to send that out into the universe whenever the opportunity presented itself. Goddamn this fur! She started rubbing her arms and then managed to get to her chest. He probably thought she'd passed out or something. Tough luck.

He snorted at her reply. Taking another long swig from the bottle in his hand. She was confident that was for sure. Most chicks when he brought them here were starry eyed. Not Gravity. At least….she didn’t elude to it. But then most girls knew who he was and if they didn’t well. It surprised him.

Kage didn’t move from the couch as he took another drink. His buzz growing to a hum.

She was taking an aweful long time in there. Climbing to his feet he brought the bottle with him as he meandered down the hallway. “Hey! You fall in or something?” He leaned an arm against the door frame as he stared at the door.

Gravity was busy drying out the underside of her hair when she heard his voice from the hallway. The door swung open inwardly and there she stood looking up at him with one eyebrow cocked as she pressed the towel up into the damp locks spilling over her shoulders. "You'd think so with how long it takes to dry this ******** fur." She was finally getting some warmth back, despite the opposition.

She looked at the male in the doorframe and felt a warmth burning low in her belly. Why did how much she was attracted to him piss her off so badly. The scrubbing slowly stopped, her claws still clutching it until she tossed it to the side. Gravity closed the distance between them, her arm reaching up to snag the bottle and take one more swig before she kissed him. He was fun, confident, he didn't take s**t and he wasn't easy to push around. She liked that. She loved the challenge. ******** it. She didn't want to push him away.

A glance at the towel she tossed. Part of him wanted to pick it up and hang it back where it should go but he refrainedZ making a mental note to do that later which he would forget.

And then she was on him. Grabbing the bottle from his hand and tossing it back. Her kisses sparked electricity on his lips. Arms wrapping around her to drwg her in, he slipped his tongue into her mouth. Running it against her own as his hands traveled down to her a** to cup both cheeks. She was so hot and his head was swimming. Kage wasn’t sure if it was the booze or something else.

Normally his relationships maybe lasted a week. Some chicks just couldn’t deal with the odd schedule and fangirls. Which was fine because he hardly ever saw himself settling down with just one woman. Gravity would probably move on to someone else eventually which was fine. He didn’t stress about the future. All he could concentrate on was the here and now.

And she was here and now.

He broke away from the kiss. Nipping his way down her neck he took a big inhale of her scent. She even smelt good too.

Gravity pressed her body closer to his as he pulled her in, her arms snaking up and around his neck. She gave a little groan as his hands once again found themselves firmly upon her backside and her lips parted to allow his tongue in, returning the favor with her own. Her kiss was aggressive but soft at the same time, just like she dominated space effortlessly her kiss dominated the energy in a sensual way. She knew what she wanted. She wasn't some little fangirl and she wasn't here because of his accomplishments or whatever skills he had that she hadn't seen yet for herself.

She was here because she wanted to be. Because he made life more interesting. And whatever happened later happened. She wasn't one to dwell in the realm of what-ifs and if she did it wasn't for long. She had no illusions about what his life was like because it was similar to her own and she, while jealous, wasn't blind. Gravity closed her eyes and tilted her neck to the side to allow him more access, it felt so good and she lost herself in the feeling for a moment before her eyes opened and she whispered low and breathy in his ear. "Take me to bed, Kage." Her tail slid across the floor behind her, her gaze intense as she kissed the curve of his jaw up to the soft spot behind his ear. Giving it a light n**.

It was very hard to deny that there wasn’t any part of him that wasn’t turned on by her body pressing against him. Every nerve ending in his body stood at attention. His chest rising and falling with a quickness as he moved back to kissing her. Unable to get enough of her soft lips. His claws running through her blonde hair.

He could tell she was probably just as much turned in as he was. ********.

She didn’t have to tell him twice. Bending down slightly he slipped his arm behind her knees and hoisted her up in the air. His lips returning to her neck as he walked down the hall and kicked open a door, maneuvering through the dimly lit room to the large bed against the wall where he laid her down, following her down onto the mattress.

Gravity savored every kiss, hungry for more, and when he reached down to pick her up she felt the fluttering in her stomach. God he was strong. She nestled her nose in the crook of his neck as he kissed hers and deeply inhaled his scent. It was electrifying and sent a feel good sensation rippling under her skin. Her arms still wrapped around his neck she played with the chain that hung there, the cold steel warmed by his body heat, her claws clicking across the links before her paws moved up into his hair and gently massaged the scalp.

As he laid her on the bed and slid in beside her she felt her stomach drop slightly, what the hell was that about? Fear? Well she sure as ******** wasn't about to let that feeling continue. The ******** was she afraid of? Thankfully she was pretty good at hiding how she felt beneath that we'll practiced, and natural, veneer of confidence and arrogance. She propped herself up on one elbow and fanned her claws out across his chest up to the chain, wrapping it once around her knuckles as she pulled him close and smirked. "Let's see if your worth getting into more fights over, hmm?" The meanki laughed, her lips meeting his again with that same fire that always burned so ferociously inside of her.

Aggressive in and out of the bed. Nice.

He smirked as she pulled on his chain to bring him in close. “Try to keep up.” Removing his chain from her knuckles he grasped her by the wrist; pushing her back onto her back as he grabbed her other and then laced the fingers of one hand around both, lifting her arms up over her head. Pushing them back roughly as he moved to pin her on the bed with his own weight.

The claws of his free hand ran up and down her side, circling around her hip as e lay hungry kisses along her neck, her collar bone and the edge of her top across her chest. His tail lashing back and forth as he let out a small growl into the nape of her neck.

At first Gravity glared at him when he restrained her, she wasn't used to being dominated by anyone. She was the boss. But in a way she kind of liked his energy and the way he did it made her heart beat a little faster in her chest. Maybe she'd let him be a little bossy. Maybe. She laughed at his comment, nodding as if she were waiting to be convinced she'd need to. The weight of him was comforting and exciting and she sighed softly as she felt those kisses pepper her flesh.

Her mismatched eyes searched the ceiling, saying a small prayer that this was going to be like every other fun night out. A little drinking, some good old fashioned insulting of ego, a nightcap, and maybe a little good morning round two. But that was it. Then she'd dip. They'd hang out again, sure. But for the company and maybe more of this if it was good enough. She needed to shut her brain off, it was getting ridiculous. It wasn't like this ever and that annoyed her. So she turned her focus back on her body and how good she felt, how good he felt so close to her. The growl made her shiver and she buried her nose in the crook of his neck again, giving him a playful bite and inhaling that intoxicating scent deeply once again. It would be like everything else. Right?

It was hard going slow.

Every little wiggle and flutter her body made as he laid hands on it just duels him further His tail lashed as she bit him. Her little teeth in his flesh driving him wild.

He had no plans for them in the future. Kage was focused on the here and now. Here was a hot little Meanki in his bed and he wanted her now.
