There are those of you who probably feel that the announcements are clogging up your notifications, or you don't have time to read them, but would still like to be a member of the guild. There is a solution! Go to; Account Preferences. Under 'Guilds' you will find the option to allow or disallow Announcement Notifications.

Another option to turn off guild announcements; My Gaia > Notices Settings > Uncheck Guild Announcement.
